Abstract:Recently,more and more attention has been paid to pharmaceuticals and personal care products(PPCPs),since they have been frequently found in the detection of effluent from municipal sewage treatment plants and aquatic environment.The conventional treatment processes of wastewater or drinking water cannot do much about the degradation of PPCPs.Advanced oxidation processes(AOPs) are highly effective on PPCPs degradation,and the biodegradability of the effluent is significantly improved after the degradation.T...
