摘    要:为解决目前石材废水处理时沉淀速度慢且沉渣稠重的问题,提出以石灰破乳/卤水+PAM工艺处理石材废水。经检测:处理后的水中SS、COD均符合《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)要求。此工艺可将石粉和冷却油同时去除,沉淀疏松易抽取,适于石材废水的集水处理,且处理价格低廉。

Abstract:In order to solve the present problems,such as slow precipitation and thick and heavy precipitates,it is suggested that lime demulsification/brine flocculation+PAM process be used for treating the wastewater from stone material machining.The SS and COD in the treated water comply with the requirements of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996).The results show that this process can remove the stone powder and cooling oil synchronously.The precipitates are loose and less crowded,easy to be extracted,suitable for the catchment treatment of stone material wastewater,and low treatment cost.
