摘    要:从保护环境的角度出发,探索了以废弃贝壳为原料制备苹果酸钙的工艺条件.讨论了一次煅烧法和两次烧法对中间产物氧化钙含量的影响,并利用正交实验,确定了制备苹果酸钙的最佳条件,即,0.50 g的煅烧产物加入20 mL的水,3.0 mL 4.0 mol/L的苹果酸,反应温度为50℃.在该条件下制备的苹果酸钙的产率为:84.04%;纯度为:97.08%.

Abstract:The conditions for preparation of the calcium malate from seashells were studied from the angle of environmental protection in this pa- per.The effects of once calcination and twice calcinations on the content of calcium oxide were discussed.The optimal conditions for the preparation of calcium malate were obtained with orthogonal test.The results were as followed:20 mL water,3 mL 4.0mol L-1 solution of malic acid,and reac- tion temperature 50 (C for 0.5 g calcined products.The yield and purity of calcium malate were 84.04% and (?)7.08% respectively.
