| 摘 要： | 利用离子色谱—荧光检测器法对吲哚-3-乙酸和吲哚-3-丁酸进行检测.该检测采用1.0mL/min的0.45V/V CH_3OH与0.01mol/L Na_2CO_3的混合液,利用Dionex OmniPac PAX-500柱分离,吲哚-3-乙酸和吲哚-3-丁酸的检测限分别为0.045ug/mL和0.167ug/mL,有良好的重现性和线性关系.对土壤样品进行测定,有较好的回收率.
