摘    要:采用新型NDA-150吸附树脂对生产废水中的对硝基苯酚(浓度为2643mg/L)进行了吸附行为研究。静态和动态实验结果表明,吸附平衡等温线与Langrauir模型拟合良好,树脂的极限吸附量为125.3mg/g;吸附速率不只是吸附时间的函数,还与液固比有关;树脂的饱和吸附量为254.9mg/g;穿透体积为41BV,脱附液为10BV时脱附率为98.1%,6次循环的再生率〉90%。

Abstract:The adsorption behavior of p nitrophenol from the production wastewater (concentration 2643 mg/L)was studied in the static and dynamic test systems using a novel NDA150 macroporous resin. The adsorption isotherm was fittted better to the Langmuir model and the maximum uptake was 125.3 mg/g. The rate of adsorption was related to not only the time but also the phase ratio of liquid to solid. The saturation uptake was 254.9 mg/g. The breakthrough volume was 41BV. The desorption efficiency was 98.1% with the desorption solution of 10BV. The regeneration efficiency was greater than 90% during six repetitions.
