人参活性物质的提取及人参柔顺洗发水的研制

为优化人参活性物质Rg1、Re、Rb1的提取工艺,研制人参柔顺洗发水,采用L9（33）正交试验表设计人参皂苷的提取工艺,选用药粉目数、溶剂倍量、提取时间为考察因素,以人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1为测定指标筛选最佳工艺参数;结合头发梳理测试,研究人参提取液在洗发水中的最佳添加量。结果发现：人参提取液最佳制备工艺为24目粉末,7倍量水,提取1 h;人参提取液在洗发水中的最佳添加量为15%。可以得出：人参活性物质———皂苷类成分的提取工艺方便且结果可靠,洗发水研制路线全面、合理,可为产业化生产提供实验数据。
