| Abstract: | Methods are proposed for calculating the parameters of the nonlinear interaction between a gas flow and a wavy liquid film with regard for various mechanisms of drop detachment from or drop precipitation onto the liquid film surface. Expressions are obtained for the wave amplitude and the film thickness that allow for drop detachment or precipitation. |
