摘    要:采用非等温DSC法对硼化钛(TiB2)/环氧树脂E-44体系的固化反应动力学进行了研究。应用Kissinger和Flynn-Wall-Ozawa法计算得到了纯E-44和TiB2/E-44体系的固化反应动力学参数,并求得TiB2/E-44体系固化反应速率方程。结果表明,两种方法所得的动力学参数相近,验证了该体系符合n级反应模型原理。利用外推法得到了TiB2/E-44体系的固化起始温度T0(192.8℃)、峰顶温度Tp(251.3℃)及完成温度Ti(262.1℃)。按照上述优化固化工艺制备TiB2/E-44样品,用SEM观察样品微观形貌表明,样品中无裂纹和气泡孔,各相之间粘接很好,组织结构致密。

Abstract:Curing kinetics of TiB2/epoxy resin E-44 system was studied by non-isothermal differential scanning calorimetry(DSC.Kinetic parameters of pure E-44 and TiB2/E-44 system were calculated by the Kissinger-Crane and Ozawa method.The curing reaction rate equation of TiB2/E-44 system was obtained.The results showed that the kinetic parameters by two methods were approximate and that validated the curing reaction was consistent with the principle of nth order reaction model.Initial curing temperature T0(192.8 ℃,peak temperature Tp(251.3 ℃ and completed temperature Ti(262.1 ℃of TiB2/E-44 system were obtained by extrapolation method.The TiB2/E-44 samples was preparaed in accordance with the above optimum curing process.The microstructure of samples was analyzed by SEM.The results showed no cracks and bubble holes in the sample,compact structure and good bonding between each phase.
