环氧树脂潜伏性体系固化反应动力学研究

摘    要:本文用差式扫描量热仪(DSC)对BPEA-2/环氧树脂潜伏性固化体系的固化反应进行分析,并 分别利用Kissinger和Arrhenius方法求得了体系固化反应的表观活化能,利用Crane等理论求出 了体系固化反应的反应级数及不同反应温度下的反应速率常数,’写出了固化反应的动力学方程。 结果表明:BPEA-2/CYD-128环氧树脂潜伏性固化体系的表观活化能约为84.11kJ/mol,其反应 方程式为:-da/dt=k(1-a)0.96。

Abstract:Curing reaction of BPEA-2/epoxy resin was studied by DSC (differential scanning calorimetry) in this paper, in which BPEA-2 was a complex compound made from BF, and amine. The surface active energy of BPEA-2/CYD-128 was calculated out by Kissinger method and Arrhenius method. The curing reaction series and the constant of curing reactive rate for the system were obtained according to Crane theory, and the kinetic equation of the system was presented. As a result, the surface active energy of BPEA-2/CYD-128 latent curing system was 84. 11 kJ/mol, the reactive kinetic equation was -da/dt=k (1-a)~0. 96.
