摘    要:采用序批式生物膜法(SBBR)处理实际腈纶污水,研究SBBR工艺处理腈纶废水的可行性和在厌氧、好氧模式下处理腈纶废水的优化参数。结果表明,SBBR工艺对腈纶废水具有较好的处理效果,COD去除率达到50%以上;在厌氧HRT为16 h、曝气时间为5 h、DO的质量浓度为4.5 mg.L-1时,对TOC和TN的去除率分别为70%和44.9%,对特征污染物DMAC和丙烯腈的去除率为100%;腈纶废水中含有难生物降解物质,单一的靠生物处理很难达到排放标准,出水需要后续处理。

Abstract:The sequencing Batch Biofilm Reactor was used to treat real acrylic fiber wastewater in this study.The test results showed that SBBR have a good removal efficiency when the removal rate of COD was higher than 50%;In anaerobic HRT of 16 h,aerobic 5 h,concentration of DO 4.5 mg·L-1,The removal efficiency of TOC,TN was 70%,44.9%,respectively.Also its DMAC and AN removal rate was almost 100%.But recalcitreat compound in acrylic fiber wastewater,the water quality of the final effluent only by biochemical treatment can not meet wastewater discharge standard.so the water of effluent need subsequent treatment.
