煤气柜水封废水处理方案研究与工程设计

摘    要:对大连某煤气储配站煤气柜水封废水处理项目进行了方案研究与工程设计,总处理规模为20×10~3 m^3,工期25 d。根据对废水水质、水量及项目特点进行分析,经方案研究及小试验证后确定采用次氯酸钠氧化+活性炭吸附+石英砂过滤的工艺流程。工程运行结果表明,COD、SS、NH_4^+-N、挥发酚、硫化物及石油类平均去除率分别为73.3%、86.8%、77.8%、78.6%、95.6%和75.8%,系统处理出水稳定达到DB 21/1627-2008之排入市政污水管网标准,每吨水处理直接费用约17元。

Abstract:Project research and engineering design of water seal wastewater treatment in gas holder station in Dalian was carried out. The total treatment capacity was 20×10^3 m^3, and the total construction period was 25 d. The small-scale experiment research showed that, the process of sodium hypochlorite oxidation-activated carbon adsorption-quartz sand filtration was used to treat water seal wastewater according to the analysis of wastewater quality, quantity and project characteristics. The project operation results showed that the average removal rate of COD, SS, NH4 ^+-N, volatile phenol, sulfide and petroleum hydrocarbon was 73.3%, 86.8%, 77.8%, 78.6%, 95.6% and 75.8%, respectively. The effluent quality could meet the discharged standard of the municipal sewage pipeline network in the DB 21/1627-2008. The direct treatment cost of wastewater was about 17yuan/t.
