摘    要:介绍了D120mm流化床冷模实验,主要研究了分布器压降与气速关系、床层高度与气速的关系、使用颗粒浓度测量仪的取值与实际取值及理论计算的比较以及孔隙率径向分布等实验研究。采集了大量各级别的硅粉流化数据,确定床型、分布器以及指型管对流化质量的影响,为硅粉粒度的选择提供了冷模实验依据。同时拟合了硅粉堆积密度、临界流化速度曲线,确立了利用标准差判断流化质量的方法;针对床型、分布器型式、内构件的研究为流化床放大提供大量数据和理论保证。

Abstract:This paper introduced the cold mold experiment of D120 mm fluidized bed,researched the relation of distributor pressure drop and gas velocity,furthermore researched the relation of fluidized bed highness and gas velocity.Using particle concentration values of the measuring instrument,compared the actual value and the theoretical calculation value,and carried out the radial distribution of porosity test.Collected a lot of data relating fluidization of silicon powder at all levels,datermined the effect of bed type,distribution and convection pipe type on the quality of fluidizqtion.For silicon powder size selection it provided cold mold experimental basis.Finally determined distribution pattern.These researches for fluidized bed amplification provided large amounts of data and theoretical assurance.
