薄层色谱本科教学实验的改进

摘    要:针对薄层色谱本科实验教学中存在污染及分离效果不理想等问题,我们对其实验进行改进。通过对溶剂种类及用量、展开剂组分及比例的考察,筛选出用乙醇作溶剂,用乙酸乙酯、石油醚混合溶液(体积比为2:1)作展开剂的实验方案。实验结果表明:该方法分离效果好、斑点清晰、实验现象明显,符合绿色化学要求。

Abstract:In order to reduce the pollution and improve the separation effect of the thin layer chrornatogra phy (TLC) experiment for undergraduate teaching, a modified experimental method is proposed in this paper. After the discussion of the kind and amount of the solvent, the composition and proportion of the developer, it screened out an experimental program using ethanol as solvent, and ethyl acetate, petrole um ether mixture solution as developer. The results showed the separation effect was good and the spots were clear. The experimental phenomenon was obvious. The modified TCL experiment also meets the green chemistry requirements.
