| 摘 要： | 大学生就业一直是社会关注的主要焦点之一。我们从实证调查研究出发,跟踪考察2009年毕业生一年的变化,涉及轻化工程专业就业特殊性、流动性及教育培养等方面。通过分析这些方面凸显的问题,我们发现实现大学教育公平与效率、增强工程实践性能够有效提高轻化工程学生培养质量,并提出具体的教育教学改革的建议。
