微相分离对聚氨酯弹性体耐热性能的影响研究

摘    要:在聚氨酯弹性体固化过程中添加微相分离促进荆,对不同温度下的热失重分析(TGA)和力学性能高温保持率进行了对比分析,分析表明,添加了微相分离促进剂的聚氨酯弹性体耐热性能得到了提高。

Abstract:Mierophase separation promoter was added in the polyurethane based on TDI of solidif- ying process. It indicates that the heat-resistance property of polyurethane based on TDI increases because of the microphase separation promoter by the TGA under the different temperature and the mechanics performance maintenance rate at high temperature.
