摘    要:运用统计分析方法 ,对垂直上升管气 液 固三相流不同流型时的压力波动信号特性进行了分析研究 ,提出了基于压力波动特征的三相流流型的客观识别方法 ,得到了不同流型所对应的气速范围。通过实验得到了以下结论 :压力波动的偏斜度先随气速的增加而减小 ,而后又随气速的增加而增加 ;压力波动的平坦度先随气速的增加而减小 ,而后又随气速的增加而增加 ;压力波动的概率密度分布随气速的增加其峰值从右向左移 ,当气速为0m/s时 ,概率密度分布呈正态对称分布

Abstract:Characteristics of differential pressure fluctuations in vertical upward gas liquid solid three phase flow under the condition of normal temperature and normal pressure were studied by using the signal process techniques. Fluctuations were analyzed by using the methods of time domain. Gas velocity regions of differential flow regimes were obtained from statistical analysis. Experimental results showed that skewness and flatness of pressure fluctuations initially decreased with the increasing gas velocity, and then increased, peak of the probability density function of pressure fluctuation moved from right to left with the increasing gas velocity, and the value of the probability density function showed the normal distribution at gas velocity of 0 m/s.
