| HPLC法测定牛奶中的舒巴坦 |

| 摘 要： | 建立了反相高效液相色谱内标法测定牛奶中舒巴坦的方法。色谱条件:日本岛津C18柱(4.6mm×250mm i.d.,5μm),柱温:30℃,流动相:乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液=8:92,p H5.0(V/V),流速:1m L/min,λs=210nm。在1.004~20.08mg/L范围内均呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9996,内标工作曲线法定量。实验结果:舒巴坦的平均回收率为97.3%(RSD=0.41%)。结论:本法简便,快速,准确,精密,已经应用于实际样品的检测。

Determination of Sulbactam in Milk by High Performance Liquid Chromatography |

| Abstract: | A method for the determination of sulbactam in milk by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) internal standard method was established. Chromatographic conditions: Shimadzu C18 column(4.6mm × 250 mm id, 5 μm), column temperature: 30 ° C, mobile phase: acetonitrilephosphate buffer = 8: 92, pH 5.0(V/V) : 1m L/min, detection wavelength of 210 nm. And the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9996 and the internal standard working curve method was quantitatively determined in the range of 1.004 ~ 20.08mg/L. The results showed that the average recovery of sulbactam was 97.3%(RSD = 0.41%). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, accurate and accurate, and has been applied to the detection of actual samples |
