| 摘 要： | 采用Hypersill BDS C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(85+15)为流动相,流速1.0 mL.m in-1,254 nm为检测波长,建立测定3-甲基吲哚的高效液相色谱法。进样量在(2~14)ug范围内线性关系r=0.9996,回收率在98.9%~99.9%,RSD不大于0.49%。

| Abstract: | A HPLC method was established for the determination of 3-methylindole,which consisted of a Hypersill BDS C18 column(4.6 mm ×200 mm,5um) and methanol-water(85:15 v/v) mixture as mobile phase,detected at 254 nm with flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The linear range was 2-14 ug(r= 0.9996) and the average recovery was 98.9~(99.9%),with RSD of 0.49%. |
