| 摘 要： | 介绍粗硝酸钾经溶解后冷却结晶制取工业硝酸钾的一种新工艺,它是根椐溶解后硝酸钾溶液物料特性,选用可拆式螺旋板换热器作为外冷器,通过控制溶液过饱和度,实现硝酸钾溶液的规模化连续化冷却与结晶。新工艺具有不结垢,能耗低,生产能力大,设备体积小,操作方便等显著优点。

| Abstract: | A new process for the preparation of industrial potassium nitrate was reported,which was achieved by dissolving raw potassium nitrate and then cooling crystallization.A detachable heat exchanger of helical plate type was chosen as an external cooler and the cooling crystallization of potassium nitrate was realized continuously by controlling the supersaturation degree of solution.The process had advantages of non-fouling,low energy consumption,great production,small equipment volume and convenient operation. |
