阴香叶提取物的抑菌活性初步研究

用不同溶剂对阴香Cinnamomum burmanii (Nees) Bl] 叶进行提取,以生长速率法测定了提取物对植物病原真菌的抑菌作用。结果表明:阴香叶的氯仿提取物的抑菌活性最好;氯仿提取物对西瓜枯萎菌、芒果炭疽菌、香蕉枯萎菌和香蕉炭疽菌的EC50分别是0.3193mg/ml、0.1552mg/ml、0.0226mg/ml、0.019 2 mg/ml,其中提取物对香蕉炭疽菌的毒力最高,值得进一步研究。

Studies on Antifungal Activities of Extracts of Cinnamomum burmanii Leaves

The antifungal activities of the extracts of Cinnamomum burmanii leaves with soaking at room temperature and Soxhlet methods were systematically tested against Colletotrichum musae, Fusarium oxysporum, Fuarium oxysporum f. sp.niveum, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. The results were following:Extracts with chloroform from Cinnamomum burmanii leaves strongly inhibited the growth of the four pathogens. The EC50 of extracts with chloroform to Fusarium oxysporum、Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Fusarium oxysporum and Colletotrichum musae hypha is 0.319 3 mg/ml, 0.155 2 mg/ml, 0.022 6 mg/ml, 0.019 2 mg/ml, respectively. The antifungal activity of the extract was best against Colletotrichum musae hypha.
