摘    要:制备了聚氨酯卷材底漆用聚酯树脂,探讨了具有不同端羟基数量的聚酯树脂、树脂与交联剂的质量比对聚氨酯卷材底漆及配套体系的耐MEK擦拭性能的影响。结果表明:提高聚酯树脂端羟基的数量可以在不影响柔韧性的条件下提高底漆的耐MEK擦拭性能;当树脂与交联剂的质量比为70∶30时配套体系的耐擦拭性能最佳,可以提高至200次。

Abstract:A polyester resin for coil polyurethane primer has been synthesized. The effects of polyester resin with different number of terminal hydroxyl groups and the mass ratio of resin and crosslinking agent on MEK resistant performance of polyurethane primer and its matchable system have been investigated.The experimental results show that the increase of the number of terminal hydroxyl groups of polyester resin can improve the MEK resistant performance of the primer without sacrificing the flexibility. In particular, as the mass ratio of resin and crosslinking agent is 70/30, the optimal MEK resistant performance reaching up to 200 times is obtained.
