聚脲涂层防爆罐抗爆性能研究

摘    要:运用 ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件对无涂层防爆罐、涂覆黏弹性阻尼涂层( Q413m)的防爆罐及涂覆聚脲涂层( MS-1)的防爆罐进行了小当量三硝基甲苯( TNT)下的爆炸数值模拟,分析了 Q413m及 MS-1涂层对罐体变形的防护效果及能量的影响,并探讨了上述涂层的耗能机理。结果表明:相较于无涂层防爆罐,涂覆 Q413m防爆罐及涂覆 MS-1防爆罐的最大径向位移较小,破坏程度较低,涂覆 Q413m防爆罐和涂覆 MS-1防爆罐的内能及动能均有所降低。此外,无涂层防爆罐、涂覆 Q413m防爆罐及涂覆 MS-1防爆罐的动能转化率分别为 92. 1%、90. 3%、89. 6%,涂层通过吸收和耗散能量提高结构的抗爆能力。

Abstract:In order to study the explosion protection ability of blast mitigation polyurea coatings,the finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to carry out the numerical simulation of the uncoated explosion-proof tank,viscoelastic damping material(Q413m)coated explosion-proof tank and polyurea coatings(MS-1)coated explosion-proof tank under the condition of small equivalent TNT. The protective effect and energy change of Q413m coatings and MS-1 coatings on tank deformation were analyzed,and the energy dissipation mechanism of coatings was also discussed. The results showed that compared with the uncoated explosion-proof tank,the maximum radial displacement of Q413m coated explosionproof tank and MS-1 coated explosion-proof tank was smaller,with less damages. The cohesive energy and kinetic energy of Q413m coated explosion-proof tank and MS-1 coated explosion-proof tank were reduced. In addition,the kinetic energy conversion rate of the uncoated explosion-proof tank,Q413m coated explosion-proof tank and MS-1 coated explosion-proof tank were 92. 1%,90. 3% and 89. 6%,respectively. The coatings improved the blast mitigation ability of the structures by its absorption and dissipation of energy.
