摘    要:介绍了提高30m^3PVC聚合釜生产能力的途径。通过采用复合引发体系、反应中间连续注水、反应后期缩短降压时间、新型防黏釜剂、密闭入料、粗料监测及DCS计算机自控技术等使聚合釜的生产能力由0.5万t/a提高到1.0万t/a,VCM单体消耗大幅降低,树脂优级品率显著提高,提升了生产技术水平。

Abstract:The way of improvement of 30m3 PVC polymerizer production capacity was introduced. Production capacity of polymerizer was improved from 5 kt/a to 10kt/a by using several technologies. Such as compound initiation system, feeding water successively in course of reaction, reducing step- down time in later time of reaction, new type anti- sticking agent, adding material in closed condition, crude material monitoring and DCS computer automatic control technology. The consumption of VCM monomer was significantly reduced. The rate of high quality products of resin was improved obviously, and technical level was also improved.
