气流床气化技术在我国的应用现状及发展前景

摘    要:近年来,煤气化技术不仅在化工方面取得了巨大的发展,同时在燃烧和再燃降NOx方面也有了良好的研究成果。作为第二代煤气化技术的核心,气流床技术具有其独特的特点和明显的优势。文章综述了现行的几大气流床气化技术,分析其各自的特点和气化炉的运行条件等,同时对各炉型的产业化应用情况加以说明,给出了几大气流床技术的详细对比。最后,对气流床今后的发展提出了相关建议。

Present Situation and Development of Air-bed Gasification Technology in China

Abstract:In recent years, coal gasification technology had made a great development in chemical industry andrebury which to reduce nitrogen oxides. As the core technology of the second generation of coal gasification technology, air-bed gasification technology had unique features and obvious advantage. Several air-bed gasification technologies was reviewed, its characteristics and the operation of the conditions, etc. were analyzed. At the same time, different air-bed gasification technologies were contrast. Finally, related suggestions about the later development of airflow bed were put forward.
