汽车换挡面板高壁厚塑料导光条成型收缩研究

摘    要:基于模流分析研究了高壁厚汽车塑料导光条的成型收缩性能,并通过正交试验考察了浇口厚度、熔体温度、模具温度、注射时间和保压压力5个因素对产品收缩性能的影响。结果表明:保压压力对产品收缩性能的影响最为显著,而浇口厚度和注射时间对产品收缩性能的影响相对较小。
