新型呋喃衍生物抗菌剂合成及其抗菌性能研究

摘    要:利用生物基2,5-呋喃二甲醛,通过羟胺肟化反应制备Z型2,5-呋喃二甲醛肟中间体(Z-DFFD),将Z-DFFD与CuCl2进行络合反应,得到2,5-呋喃二甲醛肟铜(Ⅱ)络合物(DFFD-Cu),并将聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)和DFFD-Cu制备PET/DFFD-Cu复合材料。以DFFD-Cu作为抗菌剂对大肠杆菌和副溶血性弧菌进行抗菌实验,以CuCl2溶液作为阳性对照组,探究DFFD-Cu在不同浓度和接触时间下对大肠杆菌和副溶血性弧菌的杀菌性能。探究不同浓度的DFFD-Cu对PET/DFFD-Cu中大肠杆菌、金色葡萄球菌的抗菌效果。结果表明:处理2 h后,DFFD-Cu的浓度为3.5 mg/L和14 mg/L时,对大肠杆菌的抗菌效果分别为97%和100%,表现良好的抗菌活性,且DFFD-Cu的抗菌活性随着接触时间的延长而增强。处理3 h后,DFFD-Cu的浓度为3.5 mg/L和14 mg/L时,对副溶血性弧菌的抗菌效果分别为97%和100%;处理6 h后,DFFD-Cu对副溶血性弧菌的抗菌效果均已达到100%。当DFFD-Cu添加量为2%,PET/DFFD-Cu对大肠杆菌、金色葡萄球菌的抗菌率均达到90%以上。

Abstract:The Z-type 2,5-furandialdehyde oxime intermediate(Z-DFFD) was prepared by hydroxylamine oxime reaction with bio-based 2, 5-furandialdehyde. The complex of Z-DFFD and CuCl2was used to prepare 2, 5-furandialdehyde oxime copper(Ⅱ) complex(DFFD-Cu), and PET/DFFD-Cu composites were prepared by polyethylene terephthalate(PET) and DFFD-Cu. DFFD-Cu was used as an antibacterial agent for Escherichia coli and Vibrio parahaemolyticus. CuCl2solution was used as a positive control group to explore the bactericidal performance of DFFD-Cu on Escherichia coli and Vibrio parahaemolyticus at different concentrations and contact time. At the same time, the antibacterial effect of DFFD-Cu on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in PET/DFFD-Cu composites at different concentrations was investigated. The results show that after treatment for 2 h, when the concentration of DFFD-Cu is 3.5 mg/L and 14 mg/L, the antibacterial effects on Escherichia coli are 97% and 100% respectively, showing good antibacterial activity. The antibacterial activity of DFFD-Cu is increased with the extension of contact times. After treatment for 3 h, when the concentrations of DFFDCu are 3.5 mg/L and 14 mg/L, the antibacterial effects against Vibrio parahaemolyticus are 97% and 100%, respectively.After treatment for 6 h, the antibacterial effect of DFFD-Cu on Vibrio parahaemolyticus has reached 100%. When the addition of DFFD-Cu is 2%, the antibacterial rate of PET/DFFD-Cu against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus reaches more than 90%.
