丙烯腈和偏氯乙烯共聚物的裂解研究

摘    要:丙烯腈(AN)和偏氯乙烯(VDC)的共聚物是一种优质的阻燃假发材料。通过裂解气相色谱-质谱联用仪,对AN-VDC共聚物分别在280℃、350℃、450℃、550℃和750℃下的裂解产物进行分析,并研究了共聚物的降解机制。试验结果表明:低温裂解产物主要是氯化氢(HCl),高温裂解产物主要是含AN单元的短链段或环状结构。从裂解产物可知,AN-VDC共聚物结构较为复杂,不仅存在AN-VDC的无规共聚物和交替共聚物,还存在AN均聚物。

Abstract:Acrylonitrile(AN)-vinylidene chloride(VDC) copolymer is a kind of high quality flame-resisting materials for wig. In this paper, the GC-MS made in Japan was used to analysis the products, which were pyrolysis products from the AN-VDC copolymer at the temperatures of 280 ℃,350 ℃, 450 ℃, 550 ℃ and 750 ℃, respectively. The degradation mechanism of the AN-VDC copolymer was also studied. Experimen- tal results showed that the low temperature pyrolysis products were mainly hydrogen chloride (HC1), and the high temperature pyrolysis products were mainly short chain segments with AN units or cyclic structures. The structures of AN-VDC copolymer were complex. They included the AN-VDC random copolymer, the AN-VDC alternating copolymers and the AN homopolymer.
