摘    要:聚苯硫醚(PPS)是一种高性能的工程塑料,耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐辐射、耐磨,具有良好的电学性能、尺寸稳定性以及阻燃性,因而在电工电子、石油化工、汽车、环保等领域内得到广泛应用。简要介绍了PPS化学改性的优缺点,并着重针对物理改性中的填充改性和共混改性进行了系统的阐述,其中包括无机填料和纤维对PPS的填充改性,通用塑料、工程塑料以及特种工程塑料与PPS的共混改性。最后,对于我国未来PPS改性产业发展提出了几点建议。

Abstract:Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) is a high-performance engineering plastics with high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, radiation resistance, abrasion resistance, favorable electrical properties, dimensional stability and flame resistance, thus it is widely used in electrical and electronic, petrochemical processing, automotive, environmental protection and other fields. The merits and drawbacks of PPS chemical modification are described briefly, and the filling and blending physical modification are systematically elaborated. The filling includes inorganic fillers and fibers, and the blending includes common plastics, engineering plastics and super engineering plastics. Ultimately, the commendations for industrial development of PPS modification are put forward.
