基于Fluent的单排双孔空气变形喷嘴内流场模拟

摘    要:以典型Hema型空气变形喷嘴结构为基础,设计了参数为α=30°、β=60°的单排双孔空气变形喷嘴,利用Fluent软件,采用SST k-ω模型对高压、高速可压缩的内流道气流进行三维数值模拟,来研究空气变形喷嘴内流道气流的运动特性。结果表明:等效温度下的高压气流在单排双孔喷嘴的内部气流存在较大的压力和速度梯度,在超音速湍流及激波的作用下,单丝被吹散并形成丝圈,变形效果较好,且简化了喷嘴结构,节省了制造成本。

Simulation of Inner Flow Field of Air Texturing Nozzle with Double Hole Based on Fluent

Abstract:The air texturing nozzle with double hole uniformly distributed in one circle(α=30°, β=60°) basedon the Hema air texturing nozzle was designed and researched. The high pressure and high speed compress-ible air flow in inner channel was simulated by the turbulent model based on Fluent and SST k-ω to studyits movement characteristics. The simulation results showed that large pressure and velocity gradient in theinner channel were existed, the single yarn was blowed to form yarn ring under the action of supersonic tur-bulence and shock wave. The structure was optimized and manufacturing cost was reduced.
