| Abstract: | By analysis and analogue computation of the urea production process by ammonia stripping, a systematic comparison is made between the two retrofit schemes proposed, and an optimal retrofit process is determined, thereby decreasing investment, simplifying operation, and giving fuller play to the superiority of the structured packing technology. |
