高效液相色谱法测定绿茶饮料中的咖啡因含量

建立高效液相色谱快速测定绿茶饮料中的咖啡因含量的方法。色谱条件为固定相inertil-C18（5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm）,流动相甲醇：水=30∶70（体积比）,流量1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长278 nm,进样量20μL。线性范围40～120μg.mL,回收率为99.56%,RSD为0.59%～0.85%。用高效液相色谱法测定绿茶饮料中的咖啡因含量,操作简单,准确,结果令人满意。

Determination of Caffeine Concentration of Green Tea Beverage by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

To establish a rapid method for the determination of caffeine concentration in green tea beverage by HPLC.Chromatographic condition included the stationary phase was inertil-C18 column（5 μm,4.6 mm×150 mm） and the mobile phase consisted of methanol and water（30∶70）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL？min-1.Detection wavelength was at 278 nm.The sample dose was 20 μL.The linear was 40～120 μg.mL-1.The recovery rate was 99.56 %.The relative standard deviation（RSD） was 0.59 % to 0.85 %.HPLC method is simple and accurate in the determination of caffeine concentration in green tea beverage and satisfactory result can be obtained.
