钙盐一步法生产柠檬酸钠的工艺研究

研究了用钙盐一步法制备柠檬酸钠的工艺条件。讨论了一步法生产柠檬酸钠的各种影响因素。新工艺在一定程度上解决了传统工艺中存在的生产成本高、周期长、副产品不能有效利用、又造成环境污染等问题。原料成本比传统工艺降低约20％。最佳工艺条件下柠檬酸钙的转化率达到99．7％。柠檬酸钠的产率达到98．6％。

Study on Technology for Sodium Citrate Production through One Step Reaction

The process conditions of preparing sodium citrate through one-s te p reaction were studied. Effects of different factors on the production of sodiu m citrate were investigated. The new technology has solved the problem of high p roduction cost, long production cycle, failure of utilization of by-products and environmental pollution existing in traditional technology to a degree. The cos t of raw material was cut down by 20% or so comparing with traditional technolog y. The percentage conversion of calcium citrate is up to 99.7% and the yield per centage of sodium citrate is up to 98.6% at optimum reaction conditions.
