摘    要:以科学发展观理念为指导,对近年来国内外有机化学实验教学改革进行回顾和反思。从五个方面:(1)对实验进行微型或半微型化设计,实现有机化学实验的绿色化。(2)对实验教学内容进行重组,增大设计性有机合成实验比例。(3)及时将先进实验技术和最新科研成果引入实验教学中。(4)与时俱进,反映时代特点,选用先进测试手段进行物质结构分析。(5)利用计算机多媒体系统进行辅助教学,充分利用网络平台和资源开展立体化教学,综述了有机化学实验教学改革前沿,并提出有机化学实验教学改革的趋势。

Abstract:Guided by the scientific development concept, the reforms of organic experiment teaching in recent years were reviewed and reflected from the domestic and the abroad. From five aspects: (1)Experiment on microscale or half microscale and realize the green design of organic experiment. (2)Rearrange the teaching experimental contents and increase the proportion of designing organic synthetic experiment. (3)Timely introduce the latest advanced technology and research results into experiment teaching. (4)Keeping pace with the time and the change of the world, adopt advanced testing methods for chcmical structure analysis. (5)Use multimedia assisted teaching system and fully utilize the network platform and resources to develop three-dimensional teaching, the front of organic experiment teaching reforms is summarized, and the trend was proposed.
