| 摘 要： | 建立了可乐中4-甲基咪唑(4-MI)的SPE萃取-离子对试剂高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定法:采用SPE固相萃取小柱分离并富集样品中4-MI,用高效液相色谱-紫外检测器分析,以甲醇/磷酸二氢钾缓冲液为流动相,在反相C18色谱柱上进行等度淋洗,进样量为25.00μL,检测波长215 nm。该方法的检出限为0.4 mg/kg(5 S),相对标准偏(RSD)均小于2%,具有良好的准确性和精密度,可满足可乐中4-MI含量测定分析。应用该方法测定多种品牌可乐中4-MI含量,范围为0.18~2.01 mg/L。

| Abstract: | Method for determination of 4-MI in cola by SPE extraction/ion-pair high performance liquid chromatography has been set up：Samples were pre-treated by SPE extraction, then detected by HPLC with a UV detection. The HPLC method was optimized using methanol/potassium as solvent gradient elution in a reverse-phase C18 column, sample size as 25.00 laL with the UV detection wavelength of 215 nm. The relative standard deviation（RSD） of the method is less than 2 % with LOD as 0.4 mg/kg（5 S）, it＇s accurate and precise. The method has been applied in cola samples, with 4-MI content range of0.18-2.01 mg/L in cola. |
