摘    要:文章考察Fenton试剂对鲜红印染废水的处理效果。从反应时阅及温度,Fcnton试剂配比(即双氧水(30%)的用量与硫酸亚铁用量之比)以及pH等四个方面对鲜红印染废水的色度及COD去除率豹影响。通过正交实验确定了Fenton试剂处理该废水的最佳操作条件。实验表明,随着反应时间的延长,色度及COD去除率增大,最佳反应时阍为20min;色度及COD的去除率随着反应温度的升高而增大,最佳反应温度为50℃。色度及COD的去除率在双氧水(30%)的用量与硫酸亚铁用量之比为1:3.1时,去除效果最好;最佳pH为4.5。出水可达到排放标准。

Abstract:Fenton reagent was employed to treat printing and dyeing wastewater. The effect of reaction time, reaction temperature, rate of H2O2 dosage and FeSO4 dosage and pH on removal efficiencies of chrome and COD of the wastewater was investigated. The optimum condition was determined via orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the removal efficiency of chrome and COD increased with rise of reaction time, reaction temperature. The optimum reaction time and reaction temperature were 20 min and 50℃. The optimum rate of H2O2 dosage and FeSO4 dosage was 1:3.1 and pH was 4.5. The water leakage achieved discharge standard.
