中高压铝电解电容器工作电解液的研究进展

摘    要:本文简述了铝电解电容器的内部结构;微观分析了铝电解电容器的工作原理;全面总结了中高压铝电解电容器工作电解液的发展历程;从结构和化学反应原理深入阐明了铝电解电容器性能衰变的本质原因;同时也引出如何用新工艺制备支链羧酸这一难题。实验结果证明:支链羧酸体系电解液是明显提高中高压铝电解电容器性能品质的关键因素。

Abstract:The inner structure and the working mechanism of aluminum electrolytic capacitors was briefly described.The development of working electrolyte for the medium-high voltage aluminum electrolytic capacitors was systematically introduced.The capability degeneration of the capacitors was studied by its structure and chemical reactions.It was shown that how to prepare branch-chain organic acid by new technology was very important.It was also verified that the working electrolyte with branch-chain organic acid could improve the capability and quality of the aluminum electrolytic capacitors.
