| 摘 要： | 研究一种用水玻璃为主剂、甲醛为活化剂以及其他添加剂制备堵水剂。通过对该堵水剂的配方进行筛选,使堵水剂凝胶时间长,凝胶强度高。在对实验配方筛选的过程中,以胶凝时间和凝胶强度等技术指标来衡量堵水剂的效果。最终确定出最佳配方:10%~15%水玻璃,2%~4%甲醛,0.5%~1.2%表面活性剂A,0.6%~0.7%螯合剂B和0.02%~0.03%助凝剂C。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a kind of water shutoff agent,which is prepared from water glass as the main agent,formaldehyde as an activator and other additives.In this paper,by filtering the dispensation of water shutoff agent,the gel strength has been enhanced;the gelling period has been lasted.In the course of experiment,using primarily the gelling period and gel strength evaluate characteristic of water shutoff agent.Finally,the best experimental formula has been ascertained.As follows: 10%~15% sodium silicate,2%~4% formaldehyde,0.5%~1.2% surfactant A,0.6%~0.7% complex B and 0.02%~0.03% assisting gel agent C. |
