微波催化合成2-噁唑烷酮

摘    要:利用微波催化制备2-噁唑烷酮,分别考察了物料比、反应温度、反应时间等参数,得到最佳反应条件为:以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂,微波功率400W,物料比n(尿素):n(乙醇胺):n(DMF)=1:1:3.42,在120℃下保温2h,然后升温至140℃保温0.5h,最后升温至150~160℃反应5h。在此条件下,2-噁唑烷酮收率达52.1%。

Abstract:2- Oxazolidinone was prepared by microwave technology, and the optimal parameters such as ratio of reaction material, reaction temperature and reaction time were obtained. In the DMF solvent, yield of the product reached 52.1%, under the optimal conditions of microwave power 400W, the mole ratio of urea, ethanolamine and DMF was 1:1:3.42, insulated for 2h at 120 ℃, then heated to 140℃ for 0.5h, finally heated up to 150 - 160 ℃ for 5h.
