| Abstract: | This paper introduces the concept and process of powder injection molding technology,including MIM and CIM,describes the application and development of binder,expounds the characteristics of PIM machine,PIM special plasticizing system,PIM special hopper slide device,sleeve type cylinder seat,etc.,and introduces application of PIM technology in many industries,such as 3C industry,medical industry,automobile industry,etc.,and the development direction of PIM research is prospected. |
