热活化煤矸石性能研究

摘    要:研究了不同煅烧程度煤矸石性能及其对水泥浆体流动性和强度的影响。结果表明:煅烧煤矸石和未煅烧煤矸石结构差异显著,前者疏松多孔,后者较为致密,致使需水性差异很大;随着煤矸石颗粒煅烧时间的延长,煤矸石水泥浆体流动性逐渐降低;煅烧煤矸石水泥浆体强度比未煅烧煤矸石水泥浆体强度有很大的提高,但煅烧时间的延长对煤矸石水泥浆体强度的提高似乎没有明显作用。

Abstract:Properties of the coal-gangue with varying calcining degrees and the effects of calcination on the fuidity and strength of cement mortar with coal-gangue were investigated.The results show that the coal-gangue calcined and the non-calcined one are significantly different in structure:the former is loose and porous,but the latter is compact.Consequently,they have different water-absorption ratios,and,moreover,the strength of the cement mortar with calcined coal-gangue has dramatically been increased compared with that of the non-calcinated one.As the calcination of coal-gangue particels was prolonged,the fluidity of the mortar with coal-gangue calcined gradually decreased,but its strength remained without perceptible further development.
