GAS实验装置中高压釜的结构设计

摘    要:将恒温水浴箱焊接在带视窗的超临界CO2抗溶剂技术(GAS)设备中的高压釜上,留出正面的视窗,高压釜内腔均被水箱包围,在恒温箱底部安装电热管,通电可加热,电热管连接温控范围为0℃~100℃的控温仪。此设计可方便高压釜控制温度,加工方便,经济节约。

Abstract:In this paper,thermostat water tank was welded on high-pressure autoclave with window,which is an important equipment of supercritical CO2 antioxidant solvent technology.Inner cavity of autoclave was surrounded by water tank except the front window.The bottom of thermotank was installed pipe heater.The pipe was connected connections with temperature control unit which temperature range is 0 to 100 degrees celsius,and it can be heated when turn on the power.This design would make autoclave control the temperature easy and process convenient and economic economy.
