| 摘 要： | 采用铜复盐分光光度法分析了尿素中的缩二脲(Bi)含量。实验发现,缩二脲测定过程中的主要影响因素是尿素生产原料中的氨。介绍了几种去除氨的方法。

| Abstract: | The method of copper double salt spectrophotometry is used internationally in the analysis on biuret,but there are some other substances which produce adverse effect on determination of biuret in urea＇s production,which will impair urea＇s quality.After repeated experiments,analysis showed that a kind of amino in the production process was the main factor influencing urea＇s quality.To obtain accurate results,the amino need to be removed. |
