摘    要:采用单塔加压气提装置处理鲁奇炉煤制气过程中洗涤粗煤气所产生的含高浓度酚及氨等生产污水。将CO2、H2S等酸性气体和NH3在同一加压塔内脱除,处理后的净化水进入后续萃取装置。萃取装置分别采用二异丙基醚(DIPE)和甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)2种不同的萃取剂。理论计算和实践结果均证明,MIBK萃取剂处理鲁奇炉生产污水更加经济有效。

Abstract:Single tower pressurized gas extractors is used to treat production sewage containing dense phenol and ammonia which come from cleaning crude Lurgi gas.After removal of the CO2、H2S etc.acid gases and NH3 in the same compression tower,the purified sewage enter the subsequent extraction equipment,and the extraction equipment use isopropyl ether(DIPE) and methyl isobutyl ketone(MIBK) as two different extractants.Both theoretical calculation and practice results and adopted to evaluate MIBK is more effective and economy in treatment Lurgi production sewage.
