塑料树脂红外标准光谱库的创建与应用

制备了常用的18大类塑料树脂红外标准光谱共513张，创建了塑料树脂红外标准谱库，对这些塑料树脂的中文名称、中文简称、英文名称、英文简称、商品牌号、生产国别、生产厂家、商品名、分子式、结构简式和特征峰归属等信息进行整理归纳，建立了塑料树脂信息库。塑料树脂红外标准谱库中标准谱图的分辨率是2cm^-1，波数精度优于0．1cm^-1，谱图范围是中红外区域，可以进行全谱图和任选区域检索；塑料树脂信息库检索内容达13类，检索速度非常快，为快速检验、鉴定塑料树脂的种类、牌号、生产厂家、结构简式等相关信息提供了准确依据。

FOUNDATION AND APPLICATION OF THE STANDARD INFRARED SPECTROGRAM LIBRARY OF PLASTIC RESINS

513 sheet infrared spectrograms of 18 kinds of plastic resins were created. A infrared spectrogram library of plastic resin was founded, and a information library of plastic resin which includes Chinese name ,English name ,shortened form,model ,nation of manufacturer,manufacturer,trade name,molecular formula, brief structure and characteristic peak value of each spectrogram was founded also. The spectrogram resolution was 2 cm^-1 and wave number precision was better than 0.1 cm^-1, The spectral range was middle infrared. The spectrogram cound be searched in all or any range. The information library search result could provide more than 13 kinds of information, and it had high search rate. It could supply exact basis for searching related information in inspection and identifiication including name, model, manufacturer, brief structure, etc.
