酚醛摩擦材料研究进展

摘    要:通过化学改性和共混改性的方法,可有效提高酚醛树脂的耐热性、韧性和摩擦性,从而使酚醛制品满足摩擦材料的多种应用需要。从化学改性、共混改性及多种组分改性等方面对酚醛摩擦材料的研究进展进行了综述。并指出多种组分改性(包括化学改性剂、塑料、橡胶、纤维、金属粉体、无机物纳米粉体等)是今后的研究趋势,在提高酚醛材料摩擦性能的同时对其耐高温性、力学性能等同时进行改良是今后的发展方向。

Research Progress of Phenolic Friction Materials
Abstract:The heat resistance,toughness and friction property ofphenolic resin can be improved by chemical modification and blending modification, so that phenolic products can meet the needs of friction materials for many kinds of application. From the aspects of chemical modification,blending,multiple components modification, the research progresses of phenolic friction materials were reviewed. The multiple components modification (including chemical modifier,plastics,rubber,fiber,metal powder,inorganic nano powder) is the future research trend was pointed out. Enhancing the friction and wear properties of phenolic materials and its high temperature resistance and mechanical properties at the same time is the development direction in the future.
