| 摘 要： | 基于Moldflow软件对汽车内饰右前开关控制面板注射成型过程充填、流动、冷却进行模拟分析.结果表明,经过对模具设计进行CAE分析,确定了产品的最佳浇口位置,优化了模具设计方式,保证了模具设计的合理性.该分析缩短了生产周期,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率.

| Abstract: | Based on moldflow soft, the injection moulding including fill and cool for the right controller panel of the automobile inner decoration was simulated. The results showed that the optimum gate location and the raional mould structure could be achieved according to the CAE analysis on the injection mould, the simulation simplized the injection mould structure, shortened the cycle period and economizes the cost. |
