| 摘 要： | 通过对侧面带孔斜齿轮的用途和工艺性能的分析,设计了一套一模二腔的注塑模具。详细叙述了模具的动作,并对模具的整体结构设计、浇注系统设计、分型面选择、型腔计算、成型零件设计进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the use and manufacturability of helical gear with flank hole,the injection mold which has two cavities is designed.The movements of mold are described in detail.The overall structure design,feeding system design,selection of parting line,cavity computation and formation components design are analyzed. |
