| Abstract: | This paper presents FR-PBT injection molding and the manufacture of double-thread screw with the thread diameter M12-M20 and length 80-500mm. The injection mold design is simplified, with mold carrier being universal and one mold with four cavities. So, the part properties have been raised, the production cost lowered and the mold life lengthened. |
