泡沫塑料高性能化研究进展

摘    要:综述目前国内外泡沫塑料高性能化的主要研究方向,包括改性传统泡沫塑料和研究新型泡沫塑料。介绍纤维增强、无机粒子增强、共混或共聚改性和微孔发泡工艺等传统泡沫塑料改性方法及开发高性能聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)、聚酰亚胺(PI)、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺(PMI)和(甲基丙烯酸/丙烯腈)共聚物(MAA/AN)泡沫塑料等新型泡沫塑料的研究进展。指出采用纳米粒子和玻璃微球改性及采用微孔发泡工艺是传统泡沫塑料高性能化的主要研究方向,开发PI、PMI和MAA/AN泡沫塑料是新型高性能泡沫塑料的主要研究方向。

Abstract:The recent main research directions of developing high performance foam plastics, which contain modification of traditional foam plastics and development of new-type expandable materials at home and abroad are summarized. The developments of modifying traditional foam plastics by fiber and particle reinforcing, blending, copolymerizing and adopting mircofoaming technology are presented, as well as the developments of developing new-type expandable materials such as PEI, PI, PMI and MAA/AN. It is pointed out that modifying with nanometer partical, glass microballoon and adopting microfoaming technology are main research direction to make traditional foam plastics obtain high performance , and PI, PMI and MAA/AN foam plastics are main research direction to development new-type expanded materials.
