摘    要:分析了展板支架连接件的结构特点,运用UG完成了注塑模具的设计,模具采用一模两腔结构,型腔采用点对称方式布置,针对塑件结构复杂的特点,合理设计了分型面和脱模机构。针对塑件孔槽较多的设计难题,每个型腔分别布置了三个不同方向的侧抽机构和一个内抽芯机构对孔槽进行成型。冷却水道选用“C”形布置,利用Moldflow软件对塑件进行了模拟分析,确定了最佳浇口位置,并对冷却效果进行了模拟,模拟结果显示,塑件的翘曲变形较小且气穴数目较少。运用CAD/CAE进行模具设计,设计的模具各个侧抽之间无干涉,运行稳定,并能有效缩短设计周期,降低生产成本,该模具的设计为其它同类型注塑模具设计提供了参考。

Abstract:The structural characteristics of a connector for the display bracket were analyzed,and the design of injection mold was completed by UG. The mold adopted a two-cavity structure,and the cavity was arranged in a point-symmetric manner. For the complex structure of the plastic part,the parting surface and the demolding mechanism were rationally designed. For the design problem of many holes on the plastic parts,each cavity was arranged with three side core pulling mechanisms and one inner core pulling mechanism to shape the hole of the plastic part. The cooling water channel was arranged in an“ C”shape,and Moldflow software was used to simulate the plastic parts to determine the optimal gate position. The cooling effect was simulated,and the simulation results showed that the warping deformation of the plastic parts was small and the number of air pockets was small. CAD /CAE was used to design the mold,and there was no interference between the side core pulling mechanisms of the designed mold. The operation is stable,and the design cycle can be shortened effectively,and the production cost is reduced. The design of the mold provides reference for other similar injection mold designs.
